use a tooth brush and some wheel cleaner like turtle wax ice.

car soap and a tooth brush
just use a tooth brush or if you really want it clean, air craft strip it and polish it

if you polish it you just clear coat it again or you dont have to

could you expalin a little more please. Sorry to thread jack op but my blades are oxidized and I have been looking around to find the right cleaner/polish for them. So what products are needed to make mine look like the one in the picture?
