Hi, I am about to attend school for automotive for 2 years, and I have a couple of questions about performance parts. I plan on building my 1998 Integra LS and i want to do a complete b18c type r swap and i want to boost it, I want to get at least 305 whp out of the motor and i wanted to know what would be the best turbo kit to buy and what would be the best pistons to buy and what would be the appropriate amount of boost to put on a type R? I don't want to over boost it and blow my engine i was thinking around 15-20 psi but if thats too much or too little for this motor please correct me and also i want to add a performance header and some other performance parts, just let me know and thank you so much!

I'm not too into forced induction all that much, but I can say to do some more research first. also check out DaddyBuiltRacing (that's his username) on here, he is a guy on here putting down 517 hp in his boosted GSR motor, take a look through his build thread and check out what he's running.

EDIT: heres his ROTM app: http://www.clubintegra.com/board/showthread.php?t=79433

Theres no best to name, there are lots of good parts to use and different builds based on how much youre spending. Do a lot of reading in boost forum in all places. If youre boosting you wont be using a typical header.

We have a fairly stock b18c running 9lbs making 380 whp pulling 11 second runs in the quarter.
If you're in Vegas, hit up LDL Speed Shop, they can get you where you want to be very reliably and at a good cost
