newbie...question

my name is Tamarah i drive a 95 Teggy LS and a 94 Teggy LS...my 95 is about to go under the wrench hopefully for a while (but not too long) it was the first teggy i bought with my money...so its my pride and joy...my 94 i traded to get as a DD during wrench time :) i am on MANY different forums that i wont begin to list...and a buddy of mine (ails) pointed me in this direction!...hope i learn alot and meet nice people :) no onto my question!

i was curious if i decide to do ls-v + boost would i get more power outta a b16 head or b18 (gsr) head?!...and some kinda figure on what the differece would be possibly...

someone was telling me since i wanna boost not to do ls-v because something about vtec taking power away from the turbo (i think) i cant remember exactly what it was...any imput would be greatly appreciated!

The B16 head will work better
