newb question

I am having problems with my pop up lights in my first generation teg.. Theyre stuck in the UP position.. the lights work but the pop ups dont..
Are there any common problems with that you guys know of to possibly get these things working... the car has 117K miles... so im not sure if the light motors will burn out that early... Is there any common place i need to check out on the car...
1) all the fuses are good..... what else could it be and where would it be on the car..

Well, could be a old wore out relay or something. I'm not sure bout the 1st gen tegs but I know in the late 80's accords there's a switch on the dash that controls if your lights are up or down so if one motor were to go bad you can control the other one. I had a friend that had his up and for the longest time we couldn't figure out why, till one day we hit the switch. Its got like a 45 degree angle picture thing on it.it was sittin under the gauge cluster on the right side of the steering wheel.it was by the dimmer adjustment switch. Hope this helps
