Hey guys, ive decided to turbo my integra, I have a 95 4 dr gsr, the head is port and polished and having a 3 angle valve job done.. I have weisco pistons, planning to get type r cams and type r springs and retainers. I have a turbonetics T3 super 60 turbo and my power goal is around 300 .. my goal is for this to be a DD so im only going to run about 10-13 lbs of boost daily. Ive choosen to use an exhaust manifold from blue ridge motorsports thats ramhorn and also AC compatible.. Im well aware that I need many more parts for this so my question are based on your experince.. Any suggestions for turbo timers, intercoolers, waste gates or bov? Also id appreciate knowing which brands to stay away from.

thanks! What do you think about the buddy club tt? I see that it has a passcode feature on it which does spark my interest

Greddy over HKS, any paticular reasoning? I have an HKS SSQV on my 500+hp Integra, the only issue you have to watch for is fakes. Alot of replicas have been made and sold on the market. FWIW if I were to get a different blowoff valve it'd be a tial 50mm

Turbo timers are nice, but not absolutely needed. If you just let your car idle for 30 seconds or a minute before shutting it off you're doing the same thing as a turbo timer. I do this with my car and again haven't had any issues.

Intercooler look at www.go-autoworks.com Greg (the owner) makes great parts for good prices and top knotch customer service. Wastegate is one of the most important parts so don't cheap out. I would go with either a Tial 38 or a Precision unit. I personally have the precision and have absolutely no boost spiking.

Turbotimer-
I don't think you really need one. I'm not running one and it's just fine. :p

Intercooler-
I don't really have any specific suggestions, but Go-Autoworks is a great place to buy from.

Wastegate-
38mm Tial

Blow Off Valve-
HKS or Greddy are good. I'm running a Greddy Type-S on my car.

I dont think you'll dislike it lol. What sort of fuel management are you planning on running? Also do you have injectors and fuel pump?

im seeing that spearco intercoolers are must more costly then from go-autoworks.. are there benefits for one over the other or in terms of reliability and function/efficiency?

have decided just yet on fuel management.. as far as injectors i think i've figured that i need 800cc injectors..

again, any suggestions are much appreciated.. before this i had a 03 rsx-s that i building all motor until it was stolen then had a kid so ive gotten the db8 to satisfy my needs lol always wanted to go turbo but figured was to costly with k series at the time.. was able to find a spare b18c1 and have been collecting over time.. also started all motor but changed my mind and decided will finally take the dive into turbo with this one

800cc is over kill for 300hp, you would be alright with 680s (hey I have a set for sale, shameless plug lol). The go-autoworks intercooler will work just fine for you, there are people using them on 800+hp cars. I have a ton of go-autowork parts on my car and will be swapping my intercooler out at some point for one of theirs.

I have the ssqv3 as well and don't have any problems with it. You can cheap out on a intercooler since your not going to be hot lapping, just dailying.

I have the GReddy turbo timer, just haven't installed it lol.

Id like the option to turn up the boost when I do go to the track.. Thats why I was going with bigger injectors.. How much you looking to get for yours?

The 680s will work for your goals, as I said in the PM unless your trying to go above 375whp and do a full fledge built these are the injectors for you.
