NEW to this whole car scene

Okay first off, I have little experience with cars!
I've never done anything to a car but clean it &
take out the tint & listen to guys babble on about
their rides and such... but it's time to learn new things
from new people.

But I do have a question as well, I have a problem
with the guage lights (speedometer, rpm & etc.)
they won't go on when I turn the light switch on.
I don't even know how to check the fuse! Like I
said before it'd be better to learn from NEW people.
So anyone wanna help me out? Lol.

Just look in the fuse box under the dash. There is a little black box that has the fuses labeled on the cover. Visually examine the fuse to see if the metal wire in it is blown out

If the fuses are good then the bulbs could be the culprit. Here is how to change the lights out

Welcome . The owners manuel will tell you were your fuse box is located. 1 by the hood latch, by your left knee when siting in the drivers seat.

Didn't mean by JDM is a mark I know what it means of couse, Lol, but the word is like A TRADE MARK! Haha. Duuuuuhhhh, so I decided to modify the name into JDM into a JDMark! Lol.

What do you mean it being a 'mark'?Do you think it stands for Japanese Domestic Mark? Because.... JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market. Which is japans economic market for Japanese-brand goods.

I was too thrown off by you first post. Your picture says you are a girl, your post reads like a girl wrote it (no offense intended), but your name definitely says guy.

the cover usually still has the diagram along with labeling. that should help out a lot. i believe there is alos a fuse puller still attached to fuse box. itll make pulling out the fuses A LOT easier. fuse tester is simple too, you just squeeze on top of the fuses or there is a metal tip where you just touch the center of the fuse and a LED will light up, nowadays they are built into the fuse puller :)

but yea, i thought your name was MARK too.


EDIT:btw if i remember right, its a fuse under your hood, next to your battery? radio/interior lighting? its one or the other. if you haven't found it yet, i pretty sure one of these guys can check :thumbup:
