new to the integra and then some

I just came from CC and they refered me here since I bought a 91ls integra. I got the teg for $400 with 198K. But, I have a b18b that was for my civic until I found out the frame was bent.

I already have the p75 ecu and forged internals, valves, springs...can I swap over parts or drop in the b18b into the teg with it converted to obd1?

Can some one point me in the right direction on how what's needed or a write up (link) for the obd0 -obd1 conversion with a b18b. Sorry for the noob question.
