Welcome to Club Integra! As for the clutch, it depends on what you are wanting to do with your car. Everything you do to your car affects something else in your car. You should get a good Idea of what you want to do before doing any major modifications.

welcome man, i have a Clutchmaster's Stage 4 clutch in mine, it takes a while to get used to but it grabs pretty nasty and when it grabs it goes
