Looks like it's in really good shape. Throw up a couple interior pics. Is it 5 speed or automatic?

I/H/E is intake, header, exhaust. Affordable ways to quickly add a bit of power.
Maybe hold off on the intake manifold. Aftermarket manifolds show very little gain on a stock motor. A header helps though, as does a cat back and either a cold air, ram air, or ice box intake.
Suspension is a main factor in a car's looks and handling. I'd put it even above I/H/E. That's personal opinion though. I do suggest that you buy quality parts if and when you do suspension stuff, because it's one area that will cost in the long run if you cheap out.
