Okay, So I just got a JDM B20 that I was thinking of turboing. But I got some questions first about changing the head to a V-Tec from a B18 engine. Would there really be any benefit to doing this? Is it even possible to do it? What would I need to do to make it run right? Let me know.

search ls vtec and its worth doing it if you can make it low compression

A built, low compression boosted B20/VTEC would be nuts. I'll just say that.

Edit: A Properly built, low compression boosted B20/VTEC would be nuts.

B20/vtec is a fairly common setup. I usually don't send people away to other forums, but you should check out www.b20vtec.com for some great info on how to create a good b20/vtec setup.

Those motors can make great power IF they are built right.
