new owner of 1990 acura integra rs 4 door

Hey everyone.
I am a new owner of a 1990 acura integra rs 4 door. I have noticed that a couple of my gears are grinding when shifting. Its mostly 4th gear however, once in awhile 3rd gear will also. I was wondering if putting in a new clutch will fix this problem.

do you hear a roaring/howling sound from the trans when your going down the road?

no I dont', just when I shift to forth gear.

I had a 90' Geo Tracker that we used to play on trails with that was lightly modded of course. anyway, i had a roaring sound in 4th and 5th with it and it started popping out of gear soon after putting in a new clutch. I may be wrong so dont take my word for it, but im gonna say start your pricing quest for trannys
