New noob from the bay area and to integras

Wassup yall,

I guess you can say i moved up each time i owned a car as i started with a crx then recently for the last 4 years i had a civic dx. Now i stumbled upon a 96 gsr hatchback that is decently clean but has some minor fixes needed.

I bought the car as is, mods were done by the 2nd owner and 1st owner had it cared for at an Acura dealership until 2007 according to the records.

haha thanks for the welcome, personally i don't like rotas might trade my brother for his ls meshes
i'm from daly city/pacifica area used to be up in davis when i was in college.

All Mods done by previous owner
- skunk2 pro C coilovers
- DC Headers
- Apexi Exhaust
- AEM CAI
- ASR Subframe Reinforcement Brace
- ASR Sway Bars
- Nardi Steering Wheel w/NRG hub & quick release (horn is hello kitty, yea i know its hard haha, previous owner put it)
- Carbon Fiber Hood/Trunk
- Black 15" Rotas
- Skunk2 shiftknob and short shifter
- 98 taillight conversion
- rear benen tow hook
- 8k HIDS
- ACT stage 1 clutch

What I have done so far:
- black gsr floor mats (want to wash/clean the tan mats)
- changed spark plugs
- trying to finish doing a tuneup (headgasket, cylinder gasket, timing belt, waterpump, dizzy, plugs, other seals)

To do list/Future Mods:
- get a better alarm system (it came with a decent one but want a better one and gonna do stealth install)
- locking lug nuts (more precaution, the better)
- install my radio as previous owner took his headunit out
- find/ install 3rd brake light on the hatch (need to figure this out as i don't want to drill and i don't want a ticket)
- remove the tow hook as i don't like it (bolt's were welded so it can't be stolen as easily)
- replace rims as i don't like rotas as much
- look for tan leather seats
- slight motor rebuild/tranny
- replace AEM CAI with comptech airbox or do the DIY airbox with a nice short ram
- replace DC Headers with comptech or something else

Not bad at all man. And I like the future plans. I was just in Daly City about 2 weeks ago. Are you Filipino? :mrgreen:

That counts. Nice to see another fellow Filipino Integra enthusiast join CI. I should be up in NorCal again sometime in the summer.

thanks for the warm welcome, what cf hoods do people usually use, i would been okay with stock hood and trunk but i guess having cf is alrites.

hey jznsn2u, you live around the area? Btw trejordan we don't got to meet up in daly city, it could be somewhere else haha
