Hey everyone,
Last night i bought a lightly modded 98 GSR hatchback 5-speed (proflie pic) with 144k for $3700. This is my second acura the first was a 3G TL. I have always loved these cars and heard they are bullet proof which is what i'm hoping since this will be my DD/ commute car/Toy. The gas bill in my 06 Dodge ram was starting to get old over the last year.
So far i love the car even though i've only driven it about 100 miles, its not fast, but its fun, handles on rails, and is just a blast to drive. My questions for you guys:
What kind of spark plugs do you guys run? I'm going to do a tune up in the comming weeks, idles a bit rough.
Is bulb replacement difficult for the highbeams? I have one that is out.
any other concers I should know about, i understand this is a 13 year old car (2 onwer), so normal wear and tear is expected. I understand i may have to replace a few things, but i am looking to get 3-400k out of this car and i plan on keeping it until it will not run anymore. I do not race, autocross or drive hard. Though it has been modded i guess to do so. Its got a header, greddy cat back, short shifter, strut tower in front and rear, upper control arms, gas shocks, lowering springs, AEM CAI... its also got a viper alarm, remote start, aftermarket headlights, and new rims with new street tires. So far i love the car should serve me well!

Anyways only thing I can see is if you live in an area that gets rain often (or even a normal amount) I'd take off the CAI and put on an SRI. Unless you only plan on driving that baby on sunny days.
