hey whats up. im about to buy a gsr motor and swapping it into my 95 hatch. im going to be going all motor and i was wondering what would be the best internals for me to put in? its my daily driver and need to be run pump gas 91 is the highest will run 100 everynow and then.

if you are not going to be using any type of forced induction...just get some OEM cast pistons (ITR's, CTR's, B16) and just get your rods shotpeened.

for the head depends on the cam you wanna use...getting type r valvetrain/cams would make a good setup

alright so just some itrs would be good? whats the compression on those? i also have a b16a bare block ill be using for a ctr setup. so type r internals on my head would be good? what stage cams would i want to use?
