New Head Unit, bad noise from rears.

MACDOG

Baller, yo
Yo, I recently bought a new head unit for my ride, I had my iPhone plugged into the AUX port and was listening to my music and I could hear this bass noise coming from my rear two speakers, whats the deal with that?

A few things came to my mind, maybe the head unit is too new of technology for the old stock speakers, that maybe it can't handle the bass generated by it, or maybe the back two speakers are going?

Feel free to help me out with information, thanks duuuudes.

speakers are blown. How old is your "RIDE"? My integra is a 96 and my factory speakers were trash when I got the car a couple months ago. Dried out and falling apart.
If it was me and I was spending the cash for a new deck I would get new speakers anyways. Yea they might have sounded fine with the factory deck but I seriously doubt it put out anywhere as much power as the new deck.
Simply put man. If you want that sound gone and make it sound good and clear you need new speakers and I would do fronts and backs but you can just do the ones that sound bad it just wont be long till you will need new fronts.

I like the tuna here
it could be that the speakers are blown or the wires for the rear speaker to the head unit are not completely connected properly.
