New Guy , Head Questions

Well Just Bought A 97 Gsr The Other Day, Gto About 700 Miles On It And The Timming Belt Slipped, Turns Out The Shop I Bought It From Just Put A New Timming Belt On It And Didnt Tighten The Tensioner Properly. Anyway, I Could'nt Get The #3 Cylinder To Fire After I Reset The Timming Belt. So I Pulled The Head Off. All Of The Exhaust Valves Are Pretty Burnt. One Of Them On The #3 Cylinder Has A Pretty Good Size Hole In It. Just Ordered A New Set Of Valves. I Have Never Had Any Head Work Done. What Do You Think It Is Going To Cost Me To Get Them Put On? I Am Kind Of On A Budget Or Else I Would Just Have The Whole Head Rebuilt. Any Advise Would Be Appriciated. Wes

well i got to lookin at it, and can't figure out how to get them out. a friend told me i would have to buy special tools aswell.

you just need a valve spring compressor. you can send your head to laskey racing and get it cleaned up nice and assembled for 350.
