New guy from Illinois looking for help

Hello everyone, my names Matt and I recently got a 1990 Acura Integra RS that is completely stock, No modifications what so ever. But first I want to get it looking good before I start modifying it. It has three busted out lights and I am looking on ebay and the seem to be pretty expensive, I was wondering if they make a aftermarket set of headlights and turn signals and the center lights next to the headlights. I need all of those, but don't want to spend $260 on the whole headlight assembly's also need a bumper light. Anyone have any idea where I could get those at cheap.

Also what exhaust system is everyone running. I see a lot of decent looking ebay exhaust systems on ebay. But dont have a clue on what they sound like.

A junkyard for the lights and an exhaust from an exhaust shop with a nicer axleback/muffler (dc sports, megan racing, hks hi power) should be relatively inexpensive
