Hey guys, whats up? My name is Alex and I own a 1998 Nighthawk Black GSR. My buddy 1CleanDC and I took some pictures at a parking garage to introduce myself. Thanks guys, please give me some feedback. Some plans are to drop it, 15'' Bronze Slipstreams, and a JDM B18C1 swap.

Later.

IMO > Drop it. Bronze Slipstreams. B18C1 Swap + port and polish heads. (whatever that is...) ..Full Exhaust. Modify the front grill into a giant vacuum cleaner intake w/ a filter to stop debri (like the JUN yellow/green wrx sti front end)....rip out the backseats and paneling...install 2 red seats...leave the black carpet....get a titanium shift knob with red numbers.....and anything else you can think of...maybe a green street glow underbody kit. j/k i have an imagination eh??

.....ITR front, sides, rear...Stiffen the chassis. Red sparco seats....and paint the hood white to make it look like a poly eurathane hood (since carbon fiber wont stand out...) that would do just fine.

i like the GSR blades better...I would drop it first to see how it looks. Then decide on the bronze slips.

niiiceee!!! yea bro drop it about 2.5"+ and then put rims on it. Bronze or gold rims would look sexy on that car. One question though. Why a JDM B18C1 swap when you already have a USDM B18C1? I think you should build that one up instead of a new motor. good luck bro!

Thanks for all the compliment! The reason I plan on getting a new JDM B18 is because mine burns two quarts of oil per week. Also the shop I took it to said it would be more cost efficent to just buy a new long long block. Which I am ok with!!! lol

there's no B18C1 in japan, JUST B18C. only one JDM VTEC motor for the teg. you're not going to be able to pass emissions with it though. why not find a USDM B18C5? it would probably cost a lot less, and you'd be able to pass emissions with it.

The JDM B18 long block I was looking at is $2000. I would love to get a USDM B18C5 but where do you think I could find one for less than two grand?
