New carpet

Been bored and busy working on my car while im not working, got a new carpet for x-mas from the rents so today i figured i would put it in. Took roughly about 5 hours to do, in between texting the wife and eating/drinking lol. Before i hear it i know its "rice" but im not "jdm" i just want a clean car with tastefully done mods. My theme is orange/purple so i went with a deep purple carpet, its a lot darker in person. Im going to be powder coating oem lug nuts candy purple to go along with it, which are going on polished blades. lmk what you think and heres another pic of my bay so you get why i did a purple carpet. I just need tan oem acura floor mats to finish it.

looks more blue than purple to me. the carpet looks fine, just doesnt flow with the tan interior...

i bought my carpet from them too. it was ok, could have been better. i still dont think purple and tan are a good combo. purple with black leather would probably be pimp though

lol to each there own...I was impressed with them, it came in within a week and i just had to trim it up and cut out a few places, the hardest part was cutting the holes for the seat bolts....:evil: lol:lol:

cutting the holes for the seats owned me. and it seems everytime i take the seats out and put them back in, the hole has moved.

I like the color. I dont know if I could live with it forever, but its cool. Id say its more of a Blurple

Nice. I plan on getting carpet through them as well, when I save up enough. My carpet is nasty with stains everywhere from the asshole owner before me. (he abused the shit outta her)

thanks guys, i like my tan interior...i have had chances to get black but i just like tan idk why and imho i like how the purple looks on tan.....the pics really dont help, it looks blueish in the pic but darker purple up close like the sample i took a pic of. :lol:

thanks guys i really appreciate the positive feedback...i work hard on this car...i tried figuring out what colors would look good with green...so i figured i would try purple and orange
