Sup guys ive been here for a little while, and i finally got a 2000 GS-R!!!!
I'm 16 and im still learnin to drive stick, so hopefully i wont total it
I do have a question tho. When i close the doors, the windows make a noise as if they are moving back and forth (which they are) any way i can get rid it that? it makes it sound like the door is gonna fall off and ill post pics whenever i get a chance

be careful with the car man and definitly get some anti theft stuff done to it.. i had my gsr stolen in the first 2 1/2 months i had it so now i have to drive a 99 gs. anyways good luck with it..how do the windows sound when they're going up and down?

i think the windows sound normal when they go up and down, cuz i dont really pay that much attention to them, but yeah im lookin into different alarms. I'm lookin for something under 100$ which will actually do something to protect my car, not just beep or whistle r whatever. I'm also thinkin about lo-jack

take the door panels off and look inside the door and you should see a rubber piece that has fallen off, get that and some rubber cement and glue it in place

lol get a bb gun and sit in your car all night .. .that the best alarm for under $100 dollers ... if any thing put a fule pump cut off switch ... if you do it your self its no more then $30 dollers and save up for a good alarm

look at the bottom of the door and check and see if their is a round pice of rubber missing . its like a little door stop .. if its missing when you close your door it sounds like shit is going to fall off ... .. it might be some thing simple like that ... also check the black rubber molding at the base of the window if that loose you windows will rattle too .... if its loose most likely some one tryed to slim jim the door with something to get in the car ... :twisted:

I have a new alarm (opened but never installed) with remote start, keyless entry, lcd reomte screen, turbo timer, etc.... make an offer

listen if i were you, dont get no cheap alarm that's going to be easy to disarm by the typical thief, get something worth the money and something you can upgrade, i've got the clifford matrix RS3.5 alarm on my car, i've got sensors like on every part of my car lol, fuel cut off and a few other lil toys to alert me if someone is tampering w/ my car, integras are one of the top stolen cars, so invest in something worthy in your teg, my .02 to you. good luck and be safe w/ your new car bro.
