Hello all. Name's David. Born and raised in San Diego but currently living in VA. I joined IC about a week ago and learned a few DIY's just browsing through but I'm finally out of my shell today. So I've had my teg for about 2 yrs now. Her name's Sheila. Bought her here in VA, silver w/ 116k. Since then I haven't done anything but give her a nice drop with some skunk2 coils and a bangin system for sound. I put mad miles on her since so she's at 165k something now... I've been wanting do hook her up for the longest but never really had the time nor money to spend on her. I was recently thinking of selling her and gettin something new. But I knew I couldn't just let her go. She deserved more. So I saved up some ends and a friend
cut me a deal on a B18C thats been sittin around a Lincoln/Mercury service shop. I paid him 2 G's cash.
Then I started buying aftermarket parts on Ebay that you see in my signature. I took her in to that Lincoln Mercury shop where a friend that works there is helping me do the swap. We can only work on certain saturdays since the time i brought her in about 2 weeks ago. I've been itchin to get her out because I'm gettin kinda tired of gettin rides to and from work from my gf. (who thinks that I'm more in love with my car than her).... So this saturday the 7th she shall be complete. I still have a lot in mind as far as show but I am keepin her clean and simple.
