Need Some Help with build up

Whats up guys...just picked up a 2000 GSR over weekend...black/black...so far on the car ive got dc headers...aem intake...medalion exaust...msd ignition...also springs...brembo cross drilled rotors...I wana keep building it up..its at 135,xxx miles but very clean...im gona post some pics up soon for you guys. What should I do next on the car?

Since you have I/H/E already, if you want, you can add a high-flow cat in the mix. That will add a little bit more power. The next step would be internal engine upgrades like cams, valvetrain, pistons, rods, etc. Or if you don't want to stay naturally aspirated, you can go turbo or supercharged. There are many performance mods you can go with. It's all up to you and what you want out of your Integra.

well...if u want to see a huge improvment in power and not spend a lot of money then get a nitrous system...

I have had nitrous on all 3 of the motors that were in my teg...check out my build thread...

I know that your motor has 135K on it...but as long as you take certian precautions then you should be fine...

hmm...i was thinking of a turbo..but i would wana do things like fuel rail...regulator...new injectors....before...im not gona throw a turbo on it and blow the fucking thing...what do you guys thing about the first 3 things i said...would that be a good way to go...if so can you give me some brank names and place to order em?

Well if you want to go turbo, of course you're going to be upgrading your fuel system. Boosting with stock injectors would just be plain stupid. We're not stupid. We wouldn't tell you to do something that'll mess up your car.

short shifters will make a big improvement...as for fuel management if youre planning to go turbo...dont get a fuel rail...they are pointless IMO...stock honda fuel rails can handle well over 300hp...you could get a regulator but dont buy the injectors until you are absolutely sure you wanna go turbo and also the injector size depends on how much power you want to make and what your build consists of...

going turbo with tuning will run you atleast 3K if not more...

You don't really need a short shifter. It won't make your car go any faster. It's basically for driving feel. I've yet to see a short shifter give a car a gain +5hp. You can get one if you want.

So what should I do next? Im looking for power...turbo down the line not now...but something to give me more of a response

I would tell you to get some cams and a tune, but it would be a waste if you're planning to go turbo. Plus you can't exactly get turbo cams right now. Why not just wait a bit until you do get your turbo? Do it all at once. It'll save you a great deal of money. What kind of springs do you have?

i put a short shifter in mine...the only "power" advantage its gonna give you is a shorter time inbetween gears...but the feel is MUCH nicer imo. dont mean to thread jack, but how much improvement did you see with that ignition?
