Need some help or advice!

I am a newbie and I have a question. I am having trouble with my sunroof in my 96 Acura Integra. It will slide open all the way but when I close it, it will slide closed but it will not go down. It stays popped up all the time. :???: What can I do to fix it or what could be the problem?

I had a 94 ls that did the same thing. my problem was the track had some crap in it, i cleaned it out and put some white lithium grease in it and it worked just fine after that. if you use it too much after you notice a problem you could risk burning up the motor.
