need some help from an experienced 2nd Gen DA owner or mechanic

i have a JDM B16A motor w a quaiffe lsd and original gsr tranny. my q is what would make it start bogging down while driving down the road(sputtering) and then throw a CEL when u give it a lil gas to keep it goin? also whenever i have a passenger open the passenger side door while the car is already running they get in and the car dies immediately. has happened 5+ times now so i know it cant be coincidence. please help me out! so frusterated and confuzed. THANK YOU!

if the car sputters under a load it could have something to do with the throttle position sensor, if you knew what the cel code was that would be a huge help. the dorr seems like the oddest thing ever.

Pull the codes, or you could have a shop pull the codes. Sputtering could come from different things, knowing the code will push you in the right direction. And as for your door, maybe the vehicle has been in an accident and they botched the wiring job. I would start at the door lock switch and work my way back.

it was a loose wire somebody butt connected to the ecu i unplugged it it ran like trash i sodered it it runs perfect and hasnt had a hiccup yet. ill keep every1 posted on its future behavior. i dont know y it was butt connected. lol. thanks for the help.
