o2 sensor would be my guess.
Replace it and see if the issue persists. reason it happens when it is warm is that the o2 doesn't start sending readings untilthe exhaust manifold reches operating temps. At that point if fould the air fuel ratio gets thrown off so badly it can create a "flooded" condiition where the car turns over and over and over and takes forever to get started if it starts at all.
You can find a Denso replacement o2 sensor for like 25 buck on fleabay... get that puppy replaced and report back.
