need some advice

1993 integra wont start changed the relay put on new fuel filter stuck a hose down the gas tank to see if i could hear the pump kick in didnt hear a thing. is that a sign pump is buned up

Yea most likely it is but check ur fuel pump fuse it can also be that!

Did you buy a new main relay or use ?.Also are you getting spark,check all the fuses ?

put in a new relay is there another fuse somewhere that I'm overlooking. All the one in the fuse panel are good.

under the hood fuses good ?

yeah all the ones on the passenger side fuse box look fine no burnt spots none are shot

If your fuses and relay are good and when you turn on the switch and don't hear the pump prime then there is only two reasons you are not getting fuel. Bad wires to either the pump or sending unit or bad pump.

Bad pump or bad wiring like EMD513 said. If you need a pump let me know, I've got a spare i'll make you a good deal on.

ok gettin a spark but noticed when I tun the switch to on the cel never goes out so now i thinkin the ecu has crapped out.
