I'd get your engine sleeved, get some forged rods and pistons also, and some arp bolts
You dont necessarily need to sleeve an engine for 400whp. Nor do you necessarily have to forge the internals or arp rod bolts.
Theres plenty of people making more power on unopened blocks.
HOWEVER
My 2 cents is to at least put in forged pistons and rods. 400hp isnt much on the sleeves, get a good tune and you are good to go.
theres my shortblock after 26k miles of boosted abuse, and 6k miles of it being over 400whp. No cracks in the sleeves or anything out of the ordinary. Saved myself over 1k worth of parts and work and put that money towards more useful things.
My advice to you is to get a bigger turbo, a better turbo manifold, bigger injectors, and a 3 inch downpipe and exhaust. This is all assuming that you are on a greddy kit, which is pretty restrictive.
