My car may need some valve seals..i haven't started to replace it yet because i wanna take all the precautions to do the job right one time only...

but i was thinkin..

why not juts get a gsr head on my stock b18a1...

I would actually suggest getting the full gsr. with how old your block is you should look into a younger engine but that is just me. The LS/VTEC is not too bad when it is done right so if that is how you would like to proceed then you should really look into it.

Theres a lot more to it than just getting a new head, which is usually the misconception of doing an ls/vtec. I'll look for a link that I had when I was planning on doing the conversion.

ECU
Water pump
Timing belt
Distributor
A conversion kit

yeah lots of stuff. you got the knock sensor to be worried about as well unless you get a hondata.
