Need help!!!!!

I have a 1997 LSVTEC turbo integra and its running bad right now. I launched the car a few weeks ago and when I got off the accelerator, my car sounded like it was gargling. It was running like the timing was off by a few teeth, but when I checked the belt everything was fine. Im getting horrible gas mileage and the car hesitates when im driving it and i get a delayed response when I am on the throttle. I have no idea what is going on!!!!..if someone could help me soon that would be great.

yeah its tuned on hondata s300...and i launched at two step which is set at 6500(kind of high)

Sorry about that, but yeah I jus launched and let off and it began to drive horribly.

Check your timing. A not loose belt doesn't mean timing didn't jump somehow. Check it with a light.

Wait...cam timing can only be checked by lining up the marks on the crank and the cam gears. This should be checked first, then ignition timing.

I checked it with a light and the timing is fine. Also checked cam timing. I havnt checked O2 though. Im going to try that out.
