Need help with front clip swap

I have a 90 Integra with square headlights and a 95 model that has the round headlights. I have seen where a lot of the younger guys put the round headlight front clips on the older model cars like my 90 model. A friend of mine said the whole front clip will bolt right up....is this true and if not what kind of modifications will I have to make? Also will the headlights bolt right up on the 90 model? the headlights wont fit right, its 9004 bulbs for the DA or 9007 i think, 9006,9005 for dc. IMHO it looks ugly, the da is more squared off where the DC is curvier. But i imagine it wouldnt bolt up straight
