Need help wiith fuel delivery system

I have a 97 Acura Integra LS.

I'am planning on turbo charging my car with a direct bolt on turbo kit (T4 Turbo)
Runnig 8lbs of boost.

I already have the turbo kit and now only need a fuel pump, regulator, and injectors.
I already have decided on a fuel pump and regulator but need help with injectors.
I know that the stock injectors are 240 cc's, but dont know how much bigger injectors i would need or what type would be the best or most reliable.

Also with the turbo application would i need to get a MAP diffuser and if so where could i find one?

Also I need a way to reflash the ECU to handle the upgrades. Any suggestions?

stock honda map sensor can hold up to 11 psi
and you need to get obd1 ecu and get it chipped or something to tune with
and i would just get 1000cc, that way if you ever want to want to make more power you dont have to get new injectors again
