Need help seeing if craigslist listing is to good to be true! car newbie from FL

how's it shaking Club Integra! My name is David from FL and I'm considering buying a 97 Integra. I'm new to the car world and seeking knowledge. I'm starting college in the fall and have a small budget to work with and no car. I recently stumble upon this craigslist listing and wanted to know if it's too good to be true or a good pick up? I don't exactly have much car knowledge so I'm seeking help from you guys. It doesn't have the mileage listed, so I will ask in the daytime (it's 3:39 am now). Any advice will be appreciated. :)

^ I'd rather have a rebuilt engine than what happened with my car. I paid $2350 for it and around 1200 miles later, two motor mounts snapped which lead to one of the bolts holding the upper mount dropping into the timing belt, causing it to jump timing. Needless to say the previous owner beat the living f*** out of my car.
