I just bought a 96 Acura integra with the b18b1 and would like to have some fun out of it. I just need some help and opinions on the type of setup that would be best for me to run. This is going to be a DD but I'm wanting to still get around 250-300hp. I am doing the rebuild cause it has 150k miles on it but as far as the turbo and everything that goes with it i need some suggestions and help if y'all could tell me what would be a good setup for me to run I would really appreciate it.

You can go a budget route and just change rods/pistons on the engine. Dont have to worry about head work as for port/polish. The turbo will do the work for you. Lol it will make up for all the small things that allmotor ppl have to do to extract their power. And prob change to a performer x intake manifold for slip extra measure. As for turbo size, you can use a Garrett 57 trim. It will net you to 400-alil more whp. Stay away from SS-Autochrome style exhaust manifolds. Try to get a descent manifold. It will last you in the long run. 750cc injectors will be fine, 255lph fuel pump. And this will be on 93 octane. Very dependable as long you aren't ragging on it all the time.
I've used the same turbo on a LS, gsr, and a D16Z6(sohc) and made 400whp on each. Even the sohc had 318 ft.lbs of torque. All on 93 octane. Had a/c and p/s on a couple of those setups. I DD all of my rides, no matter what the engine setup is(even my 67mm turbo gsr setup I had).
