need help plz

so i turned my headlights on the other night to drive home from work and my cluster and climate control lights did not come on so i figured u no maybe just a fuse blowed but i checked and every fuse is fine. all the others lights work fine no problems"yet" anybody have a clue what i should look for plz help if u can. thanks cal

oh and the car is a 94 integra rs.

did you check all main fuse's?

yea im pretty sure i did i even pulled the cluster and all out and put all new bulbs in it.which main fuses should i recheck.i thought i checked them all i could be wrong
