Need help!!!! on my rebuild LS

Im doing a rebuild on my 1990 Integra im just getting the rebuild kit and going from there but....The problem is the motor is all apart and I have the pistons out so what I did was marked them from the timing belt to flywheel but before i marked them i think my friend might of switched the last two but im not sure,on the rods it has one 2 and three 3s marked on them I just want to know if you can find out if they are and also what will happen from this plz send feed back thank you

it dont matter cause your rebuilding and you need new rings and a hone job anyways just remember to replace those piston wrist pins before you put it back together
