1990 integra ls
Okay i was trying to fix the blower on my car and then we got it installed but then we tried turning on the car it would turn over and everthing but no fuel would go through...so we use the starting fluided and would turn on for a sec then die again.. we messed with the wiring again and then every time i try to start it, it would make a loud werid song i can't say how but i noticed my timing belt dosn't move does it mean my motor is locked? could i just get a new block?
