Need help installing CD deck

Does anyone have a guide for removing the stock CD player and installing a new CD deck on a 1998 Acura Integra LS.

I have taken the ashtray out but now I cant get the stock CD player out...its wont budge...

you have to take the trim off. theres screws behind the hazard and defrost switches.

i say both? but im thinking the b17 is more rarer becuz there too many teg running loose haha
