need help in weather proofing my car!

i have a 94 integra LS and the only problem is that it needs to be weather proofed. i have a huge puddle of water where the spare tire is supposed to be and the sides of my trunk gets wet as well. But there are no signs of dripping from the top of the car so im guessing that the problem is coming from the bottom. anyone with the similar problem or know what to do?

The drain tube is one possible issue, but those links provide the rest of the information (tail light seal is another big one). This question gets asked very often, so theres plenty discussion on the subject. My issue was a crack in the metal under the driver tail light, which was allowing water to flow in.
