Need help fixing up a 95 Integra LS??

I have an 95 Integra LS.
The Good:
B20Z2 engine that has been rebuilt and a rebuilt GSR transmission wit new seals, new cams, new shafts and much more. IT has a Stage 2 clutch. wit a decent short shifter.

The Bad:
The dude that i bought the car from paint the whole interior; all the panels and even the front two seats black with spray cans. He has left alot of evidence that it has been done with spray cans. He dropped the car on garbage ebay coilovers riding 14s in the front and 17s in the back. Very stiff ride! There is no carpet. The car is all primered with spray paint. Also done with spray cans. He painted over the headlights and taillights.. Its also missing all the panels for which I just bought today! And it needs lots of body work. I jus want some feedback on what I should do wit my car.. Money is Tight.. So I jus want something thats nice and enjoyable and yet at the same time, giving it that JDM look. What you guys think I should do it, like exterior wise?

Also I need some feedback on what color I should pants the car?!?!

Alright, ill try to take some pics tomorro. But the car looks like shhh... at the time being.. its like a project car.. the frontend is not aligned right.. but ill take pics of the interior/exterior tomorro!

You can remove the paint off the panels. but youll more than likley have to re-paint them. There is a correct way to do it too

Acetone should take your paint off the headlights and tails

Imma jus keep the dashboard black jus like the idiot painted it.. but the passenger airbag is like a tan color so is the steering wheel.. so imma invest in a steering wheel and passenger side delete tray.. but imma get the two traingle window in the backs.. the panels that come around it.. imma get either a new set frm junk yard or repaint them black!! and i might get a whole new center console to match or either take whole center console out to give it that clean look?? but i still dont know.. But i bought new headlights and taillights.. but ill try acetone!

it should take it off. paint stripper will eat the plastic.

if it doesnt work. Laquer thinner may work too but i dunno.

Id just strip the old panels down and scuff them up, prime them and throw a coat of black paint on it.

I also have a problem wit the moonroof.. I dont know if its only supposed to pop out but ive been told its supposed to fully open up but its only going up. its not opening all the way.. Can anyone help me wit that?

yeah. ill strip them then repaint thm too but if i could find me a pair at the junkyard for pretty cheap. ill jus do that. becuz i need a good list of parts.. starting frm the doors all the way back.. So im sure i could get a discount for buying everything all at once!
