take off your headers, intake manifold, the 2 sensors on the left side of the head and your coolant lines on the left side, take off the valve cover, take off the cam holders, slide the timing belt off, take your cams out, undo the 10 headbolts, pull the head...but watch out for the 2 dowels on the back left and right there less than an inch long but dont loose em, replace the head gasket and put everything back on. torque on the headbolts is 21ft lbs and then 61 ft lbs i think, and the cam cradles are 8in lbs. hope that helps.
