would a 93 ls longblock fit in my 98 ls with no problems please i need to know an good offer has been presented to me.

Yes, its the same motor. B18A = B18B

It should fit. But it may not pass emssions.

If he uses all of the 98+ emissions equipment on the 93 block, he should pass fine if the motor is in good shape. Its the same motor, after all.

The 98-b18b has like 5-10 more hp than the b18a.

No it doesnt. He said the B18A was a 93.

90-91 B18A - 130hp
92-93 B18A - 140hp
94-01 B18B - 140hp
