Need Front Lip

ive got a 94 4dr gsr with a 98-01 front end on it.....and im looking to get a front lip. anyone know who has the best prices?

also, im undecided on itr or rs.

i found the rs and itr on jdmshit for 120/130 shipped for abs plastic, not sure on the big difference so i cant decide
