Need blinker lights on the front bumper?

hi guys i was wondering if the DMV at Califronia requires blinker lights on the front bumper?
i have to take the stupid light check inspection and i dont know if you need the front blinker lights to pass it?
and my front bumper is a kit not the stock.also will the side marker pass it with out the blinker in front?

I say hide lights behind the long skinny holes in the corners. Then get some fender signals and you should be legit.
