Need a tune up, help me please.

i have a 96 teg that has a little over 152k miles on it and im getting about 190 miles to a tank. anything that needs to be replace around this point? my mechanic friend is already switching out my water pump and cam belt. i just know 190mpt is unacceptable. so any ideas would be nice.

air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, oil change

air filter, fuel filter, plugs cap and rotor, o2 sensors might be worth a look at, as well as check the cat. also clean the throttle body, and run a good intake cleaner.(like seafoam) a GOOD bottle of fuel injector cleaner is never a bad idea

^ngk plugs, a fuel filter is a filter... um i use a valvoline 3 part system for the injector cleaner, throttle body cleaner, and the intake cleaner. use HONDA o2 sensors and a decent afteramrket cat alteast.
