Yes I do, I have a 96 ls myself. It is special edition, schematics are the same. Fuse 24 in the srs fuse block is for the switch. It is a 15A fuse. The ground from that cicuit is spliced into the dimmer switch and indicator light powered by fuse 15 which is a 10A fuse. That is in the under dash fuse/relay box. The set/decel and resume/accel switch in the steering wheel go through the horn relay switch and splices with the wht/grn circuit powering the brake switch. This is fuse 42 in the underhood fuse/relay box and it is a 20A fuse. If it's not a fuse and you've already proven it's not the vss then if you know how to check the continuity on a switch you can pull the switch on the dash and wheel, if not there is an actuator, a module(by under dash fuse box), and an eletric servo on the left side of the engine compartment. Well after all this rambling I figured to look at shared fuses. The speedometer/odometer driver shares fuse 15 the 10A. Hope this helped.
