my raspy exhaust

I just recently bought my integra and at the time it dident have an exhaust at all i just recently put a apexi ws exhaust on it hoping it would sound good but it sounds like crap its extreamly raspy. I think it may have somthing to do with the test pipe thats on there which i want to replace with a highflow cat but i dont know if that will make much of a diffrance. I also think it may have something to do with my motor mounts the car has hasport mounts so the everything seems to viberate a lil more then usual which would probably make the exhaust rattle as well making the annoying raspy noise im getting.

what can i do to fix this problem?

CI Transfomer God!
Im willing to bet more on the Test pipe causing all the noise, get that Hi-Flow and see if you like the sound then
