Hello everyone. My name is Mark and I am very happy to become an Integra owner and be part of this forum. Anyways I'm from NJ and I can't wait to pick up my Integra. I drove a 03 Ford Explorer before this. I bought this 1998 Integra GS for $1900 with 132K miles and 5-Speed. I just have to pay the dealer the rest, and I get the keys! Can't wait to start modding.

Future Mods in mind:
-Replace engine with a GSR engine
-Repaint car
-Injen CAI
-Catback Exhaust System
-DC Sports Headers
-Fix the appearance

And thats all I have in mind right now.

BTW, The hood is not out of place, I just had it open.

Is it just me or has the car or Atleast the front bumper been repainted before? Because they painted the grill silver.

Sigh. I didn't notice that when I was there. Yeah, the previous owner was kinda stupid. I heard he used it for pizza delivery. He removed the Acura Logo and emblem. I believe he got into an accident since the front bumper is painted and the fender is changed. Either way. I'm going to try to change part by part so I'm not blowing money fast.

Yeah. I noticed when I turn the wheel all the way, it clicks when you turn it back. I just hope my part-time job can keep up with this.

Rear quater panels gonna be a bitch to fix those dents i picked up my 98 integra GSR this summer has 111,000 miles body kit was cracked up but its fiberglass easy to work with sand it down fine then put a few layers of resin sand it out and bondo you got a new body kit. My front right fender was messed up because he hit a pot hole in a parking lot going fast but at least its a fender easy fix just bent a bit and was a bit rusted sanded it out buffed it lookes like new. Put some signals on your fenders when you get a chance will look nice.

Thx for this info. I would put signals, but I'll be working on this car myself. And I'm no professional so I'll try to keep it easy. Once I have enough saved up, I'll go for the hard stuff so I can get a professional to do it.

Edit: This will be my first stick shift car. I'v only test drove the car once and I sucked at evening out the clutch. I can't find anyone that drives stick to come with me. Should I bring a friend along to video the process of me trying to get it home? Should be fun.

I taught myself how to drive stick, just go to a parking lot and figure it out, it's like riding a bike, it looks hard but it really isn't

I can't go to a parking lot. I have to drive it out the dealer myself. I can do it but gonna be challenge. I'll film it incase theres some lmao moments. Like When I went to check out the car with a friend, we saw a chained pitbull. We thought, okay its chained, w/e. Then another pitbull runs out of nowhere and I yell "ITS NOT CHAINED RUN!!" My friend runs to my moms car thinking im gonna open it, but I run past it. I then notice the dog is stupid and it didnt run around the fence, even though the fence is open. Moments like these I wish I had a camera.

Sucks I was about to get my integra. I decided to check out its carfax before I leave the house and I found out i twas a salvage title. I was extremely mad. I went to the dealership and argued with the guy till I got my money back. He didn't tell me it was a salvage title. Now i gotta look for a new integra.
