my jdm front integra!! new to the club

what dou guys think? its a 00 teggy gsr with jdm front. im thinkig to go turbo but am not sure how to do it right yet do to inspection difficulty if swapped to hondata ecu for tunning. i live in ny and it has to go through the computer. all comments appreciated thanx!!
