its a miracle cross bar that merges the c-pillar and rear strut together, they make them for ef, eg, ek, da, dc and other non honda cars. jdm aftermarket parts rock. its at an angle because the type 2 miracle cross bar for dc clears the back seats, the type 1 doesnt, i believe. this is the best picture i have of it.
