Correct me if i'm wrong.
Your car will not start easily when it is cold outside. Takes about ten seconds of cranking.
When it is warm and sunny outside, your car will start right up with no problems.
Furthermore you might throw in..
Your car's year, model and engine.
Any recent modifications to it that might have effected this?
With the little bit of information you gave, I'd say it is either your distributor cap or rotor. Replace them if you haven't recently.
